Do you offer free estimates?

Remodel estimates are free. For service and repair calls, our $89 service visit covers the trip to your home and a full diagnosis by a licensed plumber. We provide a firm written price for the repair before work begins.

How do you price plumbing repairs?

We provide upfront pricing rather than billing hourly. After diagnosing the problem, we explain the repair and provide a firm written price before beginning the work.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Douglas and Sarpy counties in Nebraska, including Omaha, Elkhorn, Bennington, Ralston, Papillion, La Vista, Gretna, Valley, Waterloo and Springfield.

Do you offer financing?

Financing is available through Synchrony, subject to credit approval and terms. Available promotional offers vary. Visit our Financing page for details and the application link.

Do you handle commercial plumbing?

Yes. We handle small commercial plumbing and business remodel projects, including fixture replacement, restrooms, breakrooms and updates to existing plumbing systems.

How do I request service?

Call (402) 575-0102 or complete the Request Service form on our website. Our team can discuss your plumbing needs and help arrange service.

Can you help with recurring sewer backups?

Yes. Our plumbers assess recurring backups and explain the available options. Drain cleaning, camera inspections and hydro jetting may help identify or remove buildup. Hydro jetting is recommended only when appropriate for the condition of the pipe.

What are your regular business hours?

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Call (402) 575-0102 to discuss scheduling and availability.
