Doing business with Big Birge was a pleasure, and that is very rarely said about plumbing contractors. Making the appointment was easy. Dennis, our plumber, could not have been more professional and informative. He was on time, a great communicator, polite, and gained our trust immediately. Every business should have an employee like Dennis.

Big Birge put in a new water line for us and did an amazing job with this extensive project. In fact, the already involved job got even lengthier due to a severe weather day and a surprise buried set of concrete stairs that the team discovered in our yard and that was directly in their path! Despite the obstacles Brad and his team faced, they were professional and prompt throughout, plus they held true to the contracted price, despite the setbacks, which we so appreciated. From customer service to craftsmanship, we were 100% impressed with Big Birge and highly recommend them!

Our water heater stopped working, and we called Big Birge. They were here within an hour to determine the issue. Luckily, it was still under warranty, so the major expense was covered.

We are first-time homeowners and panicked when water was backing up in our basement at 11:00 at night. We called Big Birge, and Brad came right out even though it was so late. He did his plumbing magic and was super nice in educating us about our home and showing the drain camera so we could see the blockage. The problem was roots in the pipe, and Brad snaked through them several times to make sure we’d be good for a while. This is definitely my go-to plumber for future issues, and I would recommend them without hesitation! Extremely friendly and professional! Great rates (not even a fee for coming out so late). I am so glad I won’t have to worry about our next plumbing crisis!

Great company, would recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done. All the employees, from owner to installation crew, were great. Everyone was personable and friendly. The guys that came to our house were joking with the kids and very professional. The guys did their work with very little disruption to our normal schedule. They made sure their working area was clean and looking the same, if not better, than when they entered. Great company, great employees!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I called and spoke to Brad on the phone to get a quote for replacing a washer hookup and moving a water line for my new fridge. He got out there within a day or two to actually get us the quote, then scheduled one of his guys to actually perform the work just a few days after that. Carlos (the guy that did the work) was awesome. He offered to wear booties on his shoes even though our house is completely demolished for a remodel right now. He got the work done quickly, it looks great, and he didn’t leave a mess when he was done. Best of all, it ended up costing less than what we thought it was going to cost. Seriously, stop wasting time with Burton or whoever else — call Big Birge. They’re fantastic.

Our second time using this plumber, and he fixed our leaking tub. Great customer service and great company! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right, for a great price, by someone who really prides themselves on great service.

I am so incredibly grateful for Big Birge. Our water heater went out over the weekend, and we have two small kids. They were able to track down a part we needed first thing Monday morning and come out to fix our water heater that same day. They went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were taken care of, and the communication was amazing! Thank you!!

Just had Big Birge help us with a plumbing emergency. Called them this morning, and they worked hard to fit us into their schedule. Thanks, Katie! You guys are great! You replaced a sewer line because of a tree root — the record root of 4 feet and 5 inches long. They do great work and clean up so nicely when done. I am biased, also being a sister of Kevin’s, but Will and Kevin did a great job. Very efficient!!!! #BestOfOmaha

Big Birge did a great job at my house last week. Brad was able to cut away all the tree roots that had collapsed the pipe 12.5 feet underground. He replaced the pipe and installed some spigots so 20–25 years from now, should the tree roots grow back and give me problems, all he has to do is snake them outside through the spigot. Thank you, Big Birge, for your outstanding work. I would highly recommend Big Birge for any type of drain cleaning or plumbing. Brad is honest, reliable, and cares about his customers.

We would highly recommend Big Birge! Every person we dealt with was super nice and answered all of our questions. They replaced all the plumbing inside the house and put in all new bathroom appliances. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would, and stayed within the contracted amount. Septic pump needed replaced. They came out the same day, got the part, and the next morning replaced it lickety-split. Dennis found exposed wires and an error in the venting. What a relief to get it resolved quickly and with expertise.
