Responsibilities:
- Run residential service calls and plumbing repairs with confidence
- Handle remodel plumbing and small-to-mid-size jobs with ownership
- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and explain solutions clearly to customers
- Deliver clean, code-compliant, high-quality work
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
- Keep jobs organized, efficient, and moving forward
- Communicate well with customers, teammates, and office staff
- Mentor apprentices and lead by example
Qualifications:
- Current journeyman plumbing license valid for Omaha-area work
- Strong residential service and repair experience
- Ability to run jobs independently and think ahead
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Accountability, consistency, and team-oriented mindset
- Respectful, professional, and dependable attitude
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
