David approaches every residential plumbing job with patience, precision, and the belief that “how you do anything is how you do everything.” Known for his calm demeanor and sharp problem-solving skills, he’s the technician homeowners trust when a job requires experience, attention to detail, and thoughtful solutions.
Before becoming a plumber, David dreamed of being a marine biologist so he could study dolphins and whales — so it’s safe to say he’s always had a fascination with water. Today, he puts that passion to work helping Omaha homeowners with reliable plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.

Stephen grew up in a family of eleven kids, so teamwork, patience, and a good sense of humor come naturally to him — skills that serve him well every day at Big Birge Plumbing. (He also learned early on how to wait his turn for the bathroom!)
A former basketball player, Stephen brings that same focus, discipline, and drive to his work as a residential plumbing technician, always eager to learn and give his best effort on every job. Whether he’s assisting with repairs, installations, or remodel plumbing projects, he takes pride in doing things the right way.
Around the shop and on job sites, Stephen is known for his easygoing attitude and quick wit, making him a great addition to our Omaha plumbing team and a technician homeowners enjoy having in their homes.
If Stephen could have any superpower, he’d choose flying — but for now, he’s keeping his feet (and pipes) firmly on the ground while helping Omaha homeowners with dependable residential plumbing service.
As the Shop Manager at Big Birge Plumbing, Tom keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly — and when needed, he’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get to work. As a licensed residential plumber, Tom brings years of hands-on plumbing experience and a practical, down-to-earth approach that fits perfectly with our team.
Tom plays a key role in managing inventory, supporting ongoing residential plumbing and remodel projects, and making sure our Omaha plumbers have what they need to deliver honest, high-quality service to local homeowners.
After relocating to Nebraska from Washington, Tom has embraced life in the Omaha area. When he’s not at the shop or helping out on plumbing jobs, you’ll likely find him listening to country music, cracking a classic dad joke, or searching for new cribbage buddies around Nebraska.
Tom and his girlfriend, Kathie, enjoy tackling home projects together and exploring their new surroundings. He’s a pie-and-roast-beef-sandwich kind of guy — but don’t even think about offering him a raw tomato.
He lives by a simple motto that reflects how we do business every day:
“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
Rick is a skilled residential plumber at Big Birge Plumbing known for his strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. With years of experience in the trade, he enjoys taking on challenging plumbing issues and making sure everything flows smoothly for homeowners.
Confident and precise in his work, Rick approaches each job with a calm, methodical mindset — whether he’s diagnosing a tricky issue, repairing a leak, or clearing a stubborn drain. No matter the task, he takes pride in doing the job right.
Outside of work, Rick’s creativity really shines. He enjoys spending time in his workshop building and creating hands-on projects, a passion that carries over into his plumbing work through thoughtful solutions and quality craftsmanship.
Rick brings his best every day, and we’re grateful to have him on the Big Birge Plumbing team, where his skill, creativity, and reliability make him a valued asset.
Wyatt works as a shop assistant, supporting Tom and the rest of the team at Big Birge Plumbing. He helps keep daily operations moving by assisting around the shop, lending a hand in the office, running errands, and stepping in wherever extra support is needed.
He’s been part of the Big Birge Plumbing journey for as long as he can remember — whether filming marketing videos, tagging along to networking events, or learning how the business operates behind the scenes. Working closely with Tom, Wyatt is gaining early hands-on experience and learning what it takes to keep a plumbing operation running smoothly.
When asked if he plans to become a plumber someday, Wyatt’s answer is honest and lighthearted: “If there’s nothing else I want to do, I guess!” No matter the path he chooses, his strong work ethic and willingness to help already make a difference.
Outside of the shop, Wyatt stays busy with his Boy Scout troop, playing basketball, keeping up with his homeschool studies, and running his own small dog-walking and poop-scooping business — which he started at just 10 years old.
We’re proud to have Wyatt as part of the team and look forward to watching him continue to learn, grow, and build valuable skills for the future.
Andrew brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving customers to every job he takes on at Big Birge Plumbing. His problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and dedication to quality workmanship have made him a valued member of our team.
Having been homeschooled and raised in a large family, Andrew learned the importance of responsibility, teamwork, communication, and treating others with respect from an early age. Those values continue to guide the way he serves homeowners every day.
Andrew enjoys learning about a wide variety of subjects, from aviation to the hands-on skills involved in the plumbing trade. He approaches each new challenge with determination and an eagerness to learn, always looking for ways to better serve customers and grow in his profession.

Joe brings strength, resilience, and dedication to his role as a plumbing apprentice at Big Birge Plumbing. After transitioning from military service into the plumbing trade, he approaches every task with discipline, focus, and a strong work ethic.
As an apprentice, Joe is eager to learn and grow, tackling hands-on training and plumbing school with determination and pride. His willingness to take on challenges and put in the work makes him a valued part of our team.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys staying active at the gym and spending time with family and friends. We’re grateful for his service to our country and proud to support him as he builds a career in residential plumbing.
Tonya is the friendly, organized force behind the scenes at Big Birge Plumbing. As our Administrative Coordinator, she helps keep office operations running smoothly while making sure customers feel supported from the first phone call to scheduling service.
Known for her upbeat attitude, creativity, and attention to detail, Tonya plays an important role in delivering a great customer experience. Whether she’s coordinating schedules, assisting customers, or adding a personal touch around the office, she brings enthusiasm and care to everything she does.
Outside of work, Tonya enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, cheering on basketball games, and working on creative projects. Having been a customer herself before joining the team, she understands the value of quality service and takes pride in helping Big Birge Plumbing deliver it every day.
John may work behind the scenes, but he’s a key part of keeping Big Birge Plumbing running smoothly. As our office manager and accounting lead, John brings precision, organization, and a calm, steady presence to everything he does.
Known for being direct, honest, and fiercely loyal, John is the backbone of our office operations. From managing financials and keeping systems organized to jumping in and answering phones when needed, he’s always ready to support both our team and our customers.
Outside the office, John enjoys working on motorcycle engines, spending time with his son Jack, grabbing pizza from a local favorite, and relaxing on the lake with friends. His dedication to doing the right thing and supporting the people around him makes him an invaluable part of our company.
Cameron brings teamwork, confidence, and a competitive spirit to his work at Big Birge Plumbing. A former college baseball player, he joined the team in 2018 and quickly became known for his strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude on the job.
As a residential plumbing professional, Cameron approaches every project with determination and attention to detail — whether he’s handling repairs, installations, or helping troubleshoot plumbing issues for homeowners. He’s dependable, focused, and always ready to step up when a job gets challenging.
Outside of work, Cameron enjoys spending time with his wife and growing family, staying active at the gym, and playing ball with his niece and nephew. His team-first mindset and good-natured humor make him a great fit for both our crew and the homeowners we serve.
“Get ’er done!” That’s the motto Dennis lives by, bringing passion, experience, and a touch of old-school flair to every job he tackles at Big Birge Plumbing. With years of hands-on experience, Dennis is a seasoned residential plumber who knows the trade inside and out.
Originally from South Dakota, Dennis returned to Omaha to be closer to his kids and grandkids. Known around the shop as Denny, he’s appreciated for his upbeat attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine care for homeowners.
What sets Dennis apart is his honesty and willingness to educate customers whenever possible. He believes in doing things the right way, following local plumbing codes, and helping homeowners understand their systems so they can make confident decisions.
